The location was perfect and magnificent: a market and stores were within walking distance...
The staff we met were a little rude.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, good value
I find it inexcusable that, on my 1st 2 nights, I had Internet access included in my room, but on my 3rd and last night I was told I would have to pay 5€. I was further told that if I was to sit in the lobby then it would be free.So ... paying guests sometimes get it included in the price of the room while non-paying visitors always can have it free. Something wrong here?

This hotel is not only fabulous for the price and location...it's just simply fabulous! From the decor, both in the lobby and the rooms, to the cleanliness of the entire facility, Motel One exceeded our expectations! Calling itself a "motel" is quite the misnomer, as it fails to describe the chic appeal that this boutique hotel has to offer. Not only will we stay here again, but we will actively scout out other Motel One locations in our future travels...
The exterior does not match the interior. This hotel should strongly consider changing its logo, exterior color, and possibly even the name itself. As they remain now, these branding elements fail to denote just how cool and modern this place is. And really, it comes across rather dated and out of style until you get inside. If it were up to me, I'd go with an exterior color that complements the interior color palette, use a sans serif font and typography treatment in place of the current logo, and drop "motel" from the name, making them "One Hotels."

The rooms were spotless and recently renovated, with comfortable beds and minimalist design. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, even recommending a great local restaurant. The secure on-site parking was a lifesaver for our car. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the U-Bahn. a mind-blowing stay!
